  Really terrible customer service. Won't refund for a charge they took illegally off my card without my approval or knowledge. There are way better spots in Bathurst! They sure have a lot to learn.

  Stay was ok except toilet was dirty with scum and rust in shower. Silicon thats turned black holding sink together. Wouldn't stay here again.

  Pleasantly surprised to enjoy a good quality meal without having to travel into town. Feiendly service with value for money meals.

  Offers great value for money. The room was quite comfortable. Comes with delicious breakfast in the morning included in the room rate. Ample parking on site and located in a great location in Bathurst. Staffs were very friendly. I'd suggest them to install a lift for upstairs room access. Hotel room rate comes with free gym membership. Hotel also has indoor swimming pool, spa, sauna etc. I'll definitely stay again in future.
