::Long, long wait times. I have been here several times and the average wait time is about 35 minutes. They need to start utilising more staff. The only positive is it is quicker than using the phone service.

::that # provided(132468) is a waste of time....wanted to enquire about a letter they'd sent about my pension & its content....all you get is an auto-voice telling you to speak briefly about your problem....then following this All it tells/asks you is if youre calling about the new 2017 assets test &/or what other numbers you can call Or what you can research on their website.....no bloody help at all!.
