    Worst experience ever. Had to go back twice and still didn't even get what I needed even though it was specially stated. Both 50 plus minute waits for there stuff up. So I have to go back a third time (which I ended up going to a different centerlink (Mareeba) who are much more kind and helpful, and have decent customer service) This centerlink is the WORST I have ever experienced. Extremely rude and unhelpful. Find another centerlink if you can, DONT! DON'T! BOTHER GOING.
