::参加训练营三个星期了,能明显感觉到自己的变化。从刚开始跑几步就喘得的厉害到现在跑完也没有明显感觉到累。全身各部分都锻炼到了,这是自己平时自己练很难做到的。训练强度也正合适,循序渐进,一周两次,每次一小时,很适合平时没时间锻炼的上班族。十周结束后会考虑办个年卡继续练!

::The training program is very good for any level of fitness lovers! I definitely love it, as a beginner , the program design fits my body tolerance , it moves smoothly further in each training courses, I can feel the difference of my body and development of body muscles! ::It has been a great experience being a part of the club's 10 week challenge program. I am inspired by the motivations coming from the coach and classmates and found Chole very helpful in correcting my workout techniques. The supports and advices on sustainable diet and life style change is also very beneficial. I enjoyed it and would highly recommend it to people with any fitness levels and goals.
