  What a dump. This place was disgusting. Poorly maintained, stains on the walls, mold on all the furniture and rust everywhere. Nothing like the pictures. When we requested a different room because the one we were given had so much mold a dust it was settling off my asthma we were told that all the rooms were just as bad. More like a hostel than a hotel, definitely not worth the price. A huge disappointment

  Stayed here for 4 nights during the Commonwealth Games. Views are incredible (as with any apartments along the coast). Parking is OK - there are parking spaces underground and on top. Sometimes it takes a while to find a spot if the spaces are full. Pool, Spa, Jacuzzi, Sauna and the Steam Room are great! Place is close to a lot of amenities. The room was clean, bathroom was spacious, kitchen has all your amenities. The sofa bed mattress is incredibly soft and I would never sleep on them ever again. All in all, I would stay here again.

  Booked a studio room through expedia. Called 2 days later to upgrade to a 1 bedroom beachfront apartment. When we arrived they had allocated me the studio not the upgraded apartment. I asked if they could get it sorted for me or give me the refund of the upgrade. They of course couldn't refund or give me the upgrade I paid for because they were fully booked and pretty much told me it was my fault for booking through expedia. The only thing the chateau has going for it is the location. Front reception are arrogant and rude and the rooms themselves are in need of an upgrade. Do your self a favour and pay a little bit more for decent accommodation cause the chateau just doesn't cut it.

  I stayed in the hotel for a night in the ocean view studio apartment along with my wife during easter holidays. Room, amenities was alright (simple yet clean and presentable) but considering the price it's not bad...most importantly the view is amazing from the room, staff is courteous n services provided are good, close to all cafe and restaurants.

  Happy enough with the accommodation. The resort's goal is to keep prices competitive at all times, so they do not offer a Daily Room Clean Service. Most guests prefer to forgo this & save money but can be arranged for a extra charge. The thing that really annoyed me however was paying a $200 key charge, which if paid by credit card would take 40 days to get reimbursed. Cleaning could be better too. The views from the units however are spectacular.
