  Down to 100.70 KG as of this mornings weigh in 🙌🏼 Starting at the 113-115 KG range, it’s been a massive change that I’m finally starting to see & feel. Having the amazing support and culture that is brewing at Chau Kaizen makes the journey alot easier. Credit to the man himself Suasday Chau for being...well for just being himself 😝😂😎 Thanks for all the coaching and I look forward to the road ahead 💪🏼👊🏼 #APPRECIATIONPOST ❤️

  I joined Chau kaizen only a few months ago but have already noticed massive improvements with my fitness level Located on prospect rd, with group hiitt classes starting from 5:30 am - 6:30am along with MMA and BJJ (Brazilian ju jitsu) classes starting in April 2018 night time classes are my all time favourite after work. They also offer an only womens class on Sundays! Unlike any other gym, you are pushed to your limits and Suasday (trainer) will always go that extra mile to teach you new techniques and help improve your skills. My mother has just recently joined and says that she has never felt so motivated! It can be daunting going to a group class where you don’t know anyone or you’ve never worked out before, but people from all fitness levels and ages attend these classes and you’re always made to feel welcome. A newest member of the club Chelsea Guinane is starting up her all girls personal trainer classes. (Check her out!) It’s an awesome community and a pleasure to be apart of and i’m thankful to have found it. 🙏

  This bloke! Not just a coach, but a long time brother, proven capable warrior and family man. If I had one word to describe Suasday Chau it would be 'humble'.   Working part time for a fight promotion, I’m lucky to have met so many amazing people in the world of Martial Arts. It means that I have the pleasure of seeing great friends and still be able to train while I travel for my day job. There are very few people who can get me out of bed at 5:30am for a class, however working with Suasday is always a pleasure and well worth the effort. Thank you for having me, great to catch up and it was a ripper class!! If you’re in Adelaide, come and check out the gym, Chau Kaizen! Also, for any ladies out there looking to get fit, learn something new, and meet some great people.. Go see my friend Suasday! He’s built a wonderful environment at the gym, it’s clean and very welcoming.. plus he’s funny as hell so you’ll always have a good time while you learn some new and empowering bad ass skills!!

  Before starting at Chau Kaizen I was a lover of 'girly' gym classes i.e. Yoga and Pump, and my own basic training at the gym. I never saw much progress in toning up or fitness.. until now! Suasday is the master at motivating everyone to push themselves to achieve their goals and the classes are tailored to everyone. I always said I was not violent or angry enough to punch a bag, but now I have a new found love for MMA and the family style gym that Chau Kaizen is.
