  Very poor customer service. I asked for some help, a lady staff simply said they dont have and walked away. I was about to ask some alternative of what i wanted.I wont visit again to this CW Newcastle again. Very disappointed. A lady staff was not even ready to listen and arguing with customer. I would be better visit CW at hamilton. Very bad experience.. This happen on 31st jan around 4:30PM

  I went in having some pain in my elbow when lifting above my head one of the guys asked if i needed help then helped me pick out an elastic band for it and when i asked about the dearer one he said I'd be better off with the one i had and if it jeeps happening to take fish oil really pleased with hos honesty said he uses the same one

  On 2 occasions now I have received terrible even offensive customer service from Chemist Warehouse in Newcastle. I won't be going back anytime soon. The first time was earlier in the year & the second time was on Tue Dec 20 2016 around 11am. Both times it was at the register. I'll do my shopping online from now on. Cheap products even cheaper service.
