::We stayed here for one night, so can't comment on anything too much other than the room. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with balcony. Staff were generally friendly and helpful during check in. The room was clean, and well appointed, however the balcony clearly had not been hosed or mopped since a previous guest had spilled drinks out there. Bed's were a little too soft, but were otherwise comfortable. The room is hardly homely though; dark cupboard doors, tiled floors, stone benchtops, stone topped dining table, stone topped bathroom cabinet, 4 foot tall stone cladding adorning ALL walls throughout the apartment. I'm usually a fan of a clean modern look - this was too much even for me.

::Location is amazing. Right opposite the water. Rooms are a good size. Shower is huge. My kids favourite part would be the pool. Have stayed twice now & will again.

::Great location, only a short walk to the water and heaps of choices for restaurants. Rooms have everything you need and are tidy. Staff member on check-in was great but was disappointed with service when checking out.

::Great location. Reasonable good size rooms. Balcony glass, sliding door and windows needed a clean, also the room needed a vacuum. Cobwebs all over fence glass on the balcony. Vacuum the hall ways too not only guest rooms. Stain cover sheets needs to be binned, not in the cardboard to use as spares. Friendly staff and good kitchen.

::Modern serviced apartment building with great size room. Outdoor pool located adjacent to the gym. My only gripe was that for a five night stay there was no proactive service of my room. I had to ask for a top up of toilet paper and soap. If the hotel policy is to not service the rooms during a stay, then rooms should be furnished with adequate supplies at the beginning. You really shouldn't have to ask for more toilet paper!
