::Great place to take young kids to play. Sit back and have a coffee or meal or chill while your rat bags run a muck.... great when you need some time to relax

::My son really enjoys coming here but a poor review can't be a surprise considering the amount of broken or not working pieces of equipment. The carousel STILL not working for the little kids. The area where the kids can play with the foam balls at the bottom of the bigger kid's area, I believe one of four machines were actually working. Then lastly surely there should be a staff member doing a walk through every half hour or so to enforce rules. I don't want my son to be stood on by an adult in a pair of joggers nor do I want to play on the ground with my son with someone's manky bare feet near me. Still a better option than Tiddlywinks so I guess I will be back due to the lack of a better option. Friendly staff and decent food is worth a mention though so not all bad.

::It's seriously starting to go downhill. Lots of the safety padding is being kept together by tape. It's a bit dirty and the toys are breaking. With a bit of love this place could be so great.

::This is the third of the Chipmunks' franchise I have been to and would rank 3rd favourite. The facilities are equally as good and enjoyable for the kids. The menu as equally good and reasonably priced. However it lacked any natural sunlight and the staff seemed the least 'motivated'.

::It's a nice place. Good for older kids. I dont think you should be charged for your first visit or two. I took my 20 month old there last week for the first time. She stood there and didn't do anything for about 2 minutes. I finally got her on the slide which she climbed about half a dozen times and she enjoyed the ponies even though the ride is falling apart. Then she was done and wanted to go home. 5 to 10 minutes and they charge me full price. Won't be going again till shes at least 4 or older.
