  Great care is always taken to ensure I walk away with the desired end result. The passion and enthusiasm Kim has for hairdressing is displayed in the amazing work she does. Customer service is fabulous also.

  After being sent a text today advising I had a $50 voucher for my son (they wanted me to come back), I called to enquire that since he was a child (& this was not valid for child services) could we transfer or charge at a child cut? A very simple question. I spoke to a young girl in a friendly & curtious manner. She asked the manager then told me No, to which I said it was disappointing to get a voucher I could not use but that I understood, again in a curtious manner. The young girl put me on hold and the manager got on the phone and asked me what the issue was to which I again said exactly the same thing that I said to the young girl. She said it was a computer glitch which I said I understood. THEN I was told in a nasty tone by the manager that the young girl was upset because I was "screaming & yelling" at her. How ridiculous. I never raised my voice & if she was flustered because she had to ask for the managers clarification that's not my fault. I assured her I spoke in nothing less than a curtious manner to which I was met with "well she doesn't lie". I am angry to be accused of screaming & yelling when it couldn't be further from the truth. It was a 1 minute conversation if that! I never give bad reviews (I would just prefer to not give them my repeat business), but Chroma has pushed me to speak my mind. The reason we didnt go back was my son got a very bad (& overpriced child's cut) cut last time. We had to have it it fixed by another hairdresser a week after & I was asked if I cut it myself because it was so shoddy. We now go to Shine by Judge in West End and I couldn't recommend anyone more highly for price and the quality of service. If you're looking for an overpriced & underrated cut, with lying staff and a rude manager go to Chroma. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

  Wonderful staff! Very friendly and attentive. Great customer loyalty programs! I got lots of advice for the upkeep of my lovely new haircut

  I have been getting my hair repaired and styled by Chroma since November last year, due to damage done elsewhere, the staff at this salon have been fantastic. They are very informative about what they suggest for my hair, knowledgeable about their products and what best suits my hair, and professional in the entire process of colouring, cutting, styling my hair. They also offer the added touch of coffee or wine, depending on the time of day, as a special added personal touch to make sure I really have a wonderful experience. The staff are always happy and the salon has a great atmosphere. Thanks Kim to you and your wonderful team.

  Kylie is attentive, knowledgable, caring and a great stylist. I was trying to locate a hair stylist close to home, but went back to Kylie. Kylie takes the time to discuss options, and offers great guidance on hair colour. She makes it her business to know your hair and the limitations I experience with my hair being so fine. Kylie has an innate way of guiding you with information so you can make informed choices. There is no hard sell, which I value also. Kylie is testament to the whole salon structure and people who work there. The owners have thought about customer experience and offer many options to ensure the customer is happy.
