  Good staff, worth calling ahead to check stock levels as sometimes they sell out of certain types of 15kg dog food bags

  Might be fine in store, I have not been to the store itself personally, but contacting them over the phone they are very rude. I just wanted some help with one question, was very polite and I received a curt "no" and an abrupt hang up without even a suggestion to help me further. Quite insulting. Don't bother calling them. Maybe they're entirely different in store like other reviews suggest, but I won't be going there personally. Other city farmer stores are much friendlier over the phone.

  I visited the store to purchase dog spray for my puppy and was assisted promptly! The male staff member gave some advice and helped me choose my item, which was great!

  The palatbility guarantee is fantastic. The staff are all so very friendly and helpful, and it's a great place to take the dog as all the smells really engage their senses.
