::Parked on the public car park on Sunday night, it was free parking on Sunday (So you can not purchase a parking ticket at all). Unfortunately my car broke down and needs to be towed. I wrote a note put on the wind screen explain what happened. The next morning I got a parking fine right at the side of my note. Sent the GC council my towing receipt and explain everything, called twice, no response, and they insist on fine me.
