  The motel was nice and the staff friendly and responsive. From a business perspective, it's just missing a room safe to put my work gear in when I'm out, which is the only reason I don't give it 4 stars. The staff were great, though - for example, after reporting a maintenance issue with the bathroom ceiling, within 2 days the maintenance people had fixed it and even cleaned the ceiling with bleach so everything was in good shape. Someone had smoked (against hotel rules) and they cleared the smell out pretty quickly - the next day I came back and the smell was gone. I'll definitely look at this as an option the next time I need to travel to Melbourne.

  Friendly staff, nice big clean room, great central location and good price. But I found the noise from the city outside too much for a good night's sleep on this occasion.

  Spent over 2 weeks here on the top floor. Fantastic soundproofed room. Had all the facilities including microwave, iron,ironing board, kettle, toaster! Proper tiled bathroom great air-conditioning, big tv. Also perfect location so central and buzzy. Management were fantastic Ozzy lady & English guy looked after me really well. Budget rooms not the biggest but for the price they are fantastic value.

  Good place overall. Great location central to everything. 3 mins walk from train station 8 mins walk from the Melbourne central shopping centre!

  Super convenient place - extra friendly & accomodating staff - everything you need. Man on desk gave amazing Melbourne advice on what to see and how to get around. Waited up for me to check in after my flight was delayed. Friendly, funny, kind, I think I will come back just for the great service !
