  Adam and Peter are very accommodating with booking in times / turnaround times. The workmanship is excellent - and the rate is good value. Highly recommend these guys.

  Adam and Peter were given a tough brief in having to diagnose a fault with the transmission on my daughter's car. They patiently worked through various options and were happy to take calls from me when I wanted an update. It turned out that it wasn't the transmission as such, and having Adam's good analytical skills saved a lot of expense on a new gearbox, which wouldn't have actually solved the problem. Adam narrowed the issue down to two of the on-board computers, and then he set about sourcing replacements - not an easy task, given the age of the vehicle. The car is now operating beautifully. City West Automotive's charges were very reasonable, especially given the complexity of the task. Well done. We'll be back.
