  Friendly efficient service. Went in with 3 pairs of shoes. Repaired one pair on the spot. Picking up the other two pairs next day. Service at its best. .

  This guy is in the wrong business, he is a total butcher and ruined my RM Williams boots. There was glue smeared all over the face leather and the "repair" didn't even last a week. My recommendation to him: If you are not confident you can do the job, just don't do it!

  This bloke knows his stuff. I've had repairs to my combat boots, my daughter's dancing shoes, and my son's Birkenstocks, all for much less than I'd pay elsewhere. And pretty quick turnaround too.

  Extremely warm and welcoming. My request was fairly minimal but they didn't laugh at me or roll my eyes when I asked for a few holes put into my belt (weight loss, WINNING) - Happily cracked a joke with me and maintained some friendly conversation. They could have told me the job was $20 and I would have paid it just for the warm welcome and the laughs. Instead it was just $2. Haha!
