  Fantastic base of the latest looks. Immediately attended to and welcomed by all staff. The lecturer was amazing, friendly and never missed a beat.

  I appreciate that this is a learning environment but I was disappointed in my experience. I called to make my appointment, they kept me on hold on 5 minutes. I had to hang up but re rang, it was a bit unusual. Then when I came to my appointment I waited for 15 minutes until I was shown to my chair. No apology. Then I saw my stylist talking and chatting to other staff. It's now 25 minitues later so I decided to leave. I was pretty unimpressed.
