  Id like to thank the service team for helping get my Toyota Aurion back on the road after some warranty work was carried out. Especially the help I received from Roland in the service department, having my car picked up and then returned to me very quickly. Even going as far as to clean my car before I picked it up. Thanks Again.

  Went into this place to enquire about car finances and experienced the worst customer service from the guy looking after their finances. I walked out of his room and took my business to the Northpoint dealership. Avoid if you want to be respected as a customer.

  My Salesman Terrance (Terry) was a gentleman and knew all the right answers to my questions. Terry found me my dream car Rav 4 which is perfect for my needs and he worked hard for the sale as I wasn't looking to buy a new car at this time. I got excellent service and a very good price for a beautiful vehicle another Toyota. I would be more than happy to recommend buying a car through CMI TOYOTA Cheltenham and suggest you choose Terry as your Salesman he will look after you extremely well. I got my new car delivered very quickly and efficiently.
