  I had been to this place few times earlier and the service was reasonable. But last week when I visited the main hairdresser Jasper did not have any patience to listen to what I was explaining and gave an extremely bad haircut. I was disappointed and do not recommend it to anyone and particularly those who cannot speak Asian languages.

  The very last time I came here with my boyfriend I had a very bad experience with one of their staff the Korean girl. It was middle of October 2017. She has an attitude which is so rude and kind of racist. My boyfriend told her to shave the back and she kept pushing his head up to the front and told him to keep it straight. He told her to make a line on his hair she couldn’t make it and blame it for my boyfriend curly hair while other place can make it. When we paid, she didn’t say a thing and point it to the machine. It’s in the morning not the end of the day. Don’t say that you’re tored. Customer service please
