::Price is extremely excessive for the quality. One coffee and one blood orange bottled drink $12.00. Put 4 sugars in the coffee and it was still bitter. Not worth the $$.

::Overpriced. The menu shows a cup of coffee at $4.00 but as soon as I asked for extras like lactose free and a medium size cup, it shot up by 70% to $6.80 and the cake was just under $9.00. Neither the coffee nor the cake were anything special and can be found in most coffee shops at a much cheaper price. The underlying tone of the place was unpleasant, for example when you sit down there’s this officious sign constantly staring you in the face saying you are not allowed to bring your own food and the staff seem an unhappy lot. This place is typical how tourism displaces the locals forcing them out of their own city by excessive pricing which in the main is only tolerated by tourists who generally expect this and are here for just a few days.

::The staff are not very personable nor super friendly, maybe I stopped by on the wrong day, but I do love their cafe decor, it has a gorgeous eating area in the Queens Street Plaza, next to Alannah Hill. The food and coffee were a little bit better than their service.
