  Occasionally not enough checkouts open but there's a good range, and most of the staff are friendly. Fruit is fresh and so is the meat.

  Discussed with the extremely poor customer service at coles the junction only 2 checkouts open at 8.30a.m. this morning. I have limited time to take an elderly client shopping as i am a community care worker. I was told by the checkout staff that there was no manager that i could speak too and i find thst comment hard to beleive.Also it is not the first time that cleaners are useing large cleaning machines to clean floors during shopping hours and how they come around the corner and nearly knock you or your elderly client down i feel it is an accident waiting to happen just to save coles a few dollars on penalty rates.

  It is very nice to walk into good atmosphere and friendly service prices could be dearer than other coles
