::This is a fairly big store compared to all the other "metro versions" around Melbourne. This is a proper sized super market. Is there bigger in outer suburbs? 110%. But this is a good sized supermarket close to the CBD.

::Good variety of fruits and vegetables. Friendly staff. Convenient location as underground free parking for 2 hours. Many coffee shops and restaurants close by which makes Saturday grocery outing a relaxing event.

::I am a local Andrew this is my local coles... the past few months I’ve seen a rapid decline in this coles. But tonight’s was the worst EVER!!!!! I am sick and tired of walking in and smelling disgusting BO from staff members who look dirty and oily! But tonight topped the cake! There were 4 guys all staff all talking their language so I didn’t I understand it but joking and laughing and I plus another lady asked for help and were totally ignored as they continued to talk And joke! Then to top it of one of them had the hand forklift with a empty pallet on it And didn’t bother to say excuse me he just ran over a lady’s foot and pushed my trolley and just continued to go into the back room without saying sorry or anything and cleary saw what he had done! This is not the first time I have had bad experience in this coles it’s actually disgusting when I go at nights it’s full of men who look like they don’t shower! I am NOT RACIST AT ALL AS I AM from overseas my self BUT I HAVE HIGH STANDARDS IN MY apperance but in this store the they obviously don’t.... I also am a late night shopper And always shop at about 830pm onwards and seem to find all the fruit and veg packed away! And to ask to get something is like im asking the very to go and kill someone. It’s ridiculous at how your made to feel in this coles! LUFT YOUR STANDARDS SERIOUSLY ITS A DISGRACE TO KNOW IN SOUTH MELBOURNE THIS IS HAPPENING!

::How can people say it's got a good range of products? It's a tiny store, and for the number of people it services in the area, just doesn't cut it! Also, where are the proper staff members if you want some assistance? The only people around are the guys who restock the shelves - they barely speak English, constantly push trolleys into customers and are rude when approached. The friendliest staff member is actually the lady security guard.
