  No staff, 1 girl serving, at 11am on a Friday!! This is my 2nd visit to this store in 2 days, same lack of staff. WAKEUP Coles u cannot FORCE customers to utilize the automated checkouts. The couple in front of me had a $100 order, the poor cashier trying to cope with people waiting everywhere for service. Regional manager you must only care about the shareholders.Wesfarmers really needs to restructure customer service in Coles, Kmart, Target, Bunnings etc, etc. Still awaiting the regional manager to phone me. Waiting, Waiting, just like the quest in this shop. UPDATE; still waiting for the shop manager to phone, have been back to shop left my mobile number, obviously customer feedback falls on deaf ears.

  Has a huge variety must watch pricing but still doesn't carry as much variety as benowa

  Wouldn't even give them 1 star! the customer service is all backwards - they have no staff working on the registers other than the self serve and the 12 items or less lane.. talk about customer service! The lines are always out the door and staff working at a snail pace , they need organisation and micro management as everyone just looks lost or can't help. Unfortunately i need to go here every week as its close to work - every time i waste atleast 15 minutes waiting as they are either slow, need help or every staff are "busy" i am sorry but its the worst store with no system at all !
