  Pretty good products and price but, the staff could smile more towards their customers. It looks like they all got out of the wrong side of the bed.

  Junkies (ie smokers) are given priority to ordinary shoppers at the checkout. Absolute monsters.

  This is Coles store #4443, and it was responsible for my very first Coles Online delivery. I ordered four fresh items; chicken skewers, pork sausages, and a box of fruit. Chicken skewers had an expiry date 3 days from delivery, sausages expired the next day, and the fruit box was moldy. It’s clear this store either has a policy to offload spoiled and spoiling food to online orders, or they do not properly train their staff. I imagine it is a combination of the latter along with management that doesn’t care. If you live in the area and use Coles Online you’ll want to double check everything in your order. Any store manager that knowingly allows expired items to be delivered likely has a poor understanding of proper food storage practices.
