  We ordered coles express that was supposed to be delivered to the lockers at Coles Express Taringa. However the store manager and her staff told us that they "no longer do any coles express orders" and suggested that we pick up the items we ordered from the store. However they don't have most of the stuff that we ordered and we had to head home without anything and we were totally confused. After calling Coles customer service, we were told the order was actually delivered to the store that we went to (wth?!) and apparently no one knows about it (how could this happen!). The lady on the phone was very rude and told me that us we can just go back to the store to grab the order, without even an apology. We told her we would like to cancel our order. She became angry and interrogated us on why we wanted to cancel our order. We told her that we just wouldn't want to waste our time and go back again only to discover there was nothing there. She hang up the call and later on we got an email saying that the order was cancelled. However it has been two weeks since we cancelled the order and even though we have called Coles 5 times, we have not yet received our refund or a confirmation that our refund has been processed. Every time we called, they managed to find some excuse not to process our refund (manager out of store, not during business hours, could not get hold of the right person, etc.) We just called again this morning and they asked us to "write an email" and wait. Shame on you Coles and shame on the staff members we had to deal with at Coles!
