::A good place to shop. Got almost everything you need there. Products also very cheap. Easy to find a parking lot if you travel by car. Nice and convenient location. Good to shop on weekdays as it is usually quite peaceful and quiet.

::Yup it's Coles it's good. And easy parking believe it or not. Considering the main intersection it's on. Generally quiet week days that makes for relaxed easy no stress grocery shopping.

::General inner-city supermarket. Slightly smaller than the typical Coles store. Reasonable range. Unfortunately only a small number of cash registers, predominantly orientated towards self service options. Store mostly designed for the occasional top up, not really for the big weekly family shop. Generic modern supermarket, targeted at inner city apartment dwellers. Nothing special but gets the job done relatively well.

::The place is great and the staff is always very welcoming. They do lack in stocking the fruits and vegetables towards the end of the day but I do know that they have to close up at some point. It would just be nice if you were able to get the same selection at 8pm that you do at 8am. But I come from the states where our grocery stores are open 24 hours so I am used to another way of shopping.

::Decent sized store for a city location with a good variety and friendly staff A dynamic environment that is faced paced and challenging. Great developmental environment to grow your skills. Ticks all the boxes for exposure to the FMCG sector. Cons Long term legacy team with a blue collar mentality dislike change and are suspicious of “outsiders”. As far as they’re concerned if you haven’t humped boxes around you have nothing to contribute. Advice to Management To attract the external talent you need to keep up with the evolution of competitors requires an overhaul to the store structure and more credit given to thinking, planning and strategy rather than the physical aspect of putting cartons on shelves.
