::There was no hot water in bathroom. I called the receptionist, he gave me a new room immediately. But I have to say the room's insulation is no good. There were some people yelling at midnight so I couldn't sleep well.

::Guests be aware. They took $150.00 for incidentals about a month ago, to be reimbursed 48 hours later, I am yet to have my money put back on my card, NOT HAPPY. Considering the room was paid for in advance, It has now been 6 weeks and still no deposit back. Also now have received an an invoice in the mail with incorrect name, address, stating we live in " OTHER COUNTRY". And also they are billing us for 2 nights instead of our one night and for breakfast, which we never had, McDonald's down the road being the preferred option.

::Hotel is ok for a stay, don't book with breakfast, it waste money. The hotel very near Queen Garden free Red Cat bus can bring you to Hay Mall. Red Cat bus operation until 6:44pm only. Very near to cheap eat.
