  Tiny basic bathroom for the price, a bit noisy late at night when people walking past as it's a budget area. I slept so well though, comfortable beds but no mini bar sadly for when you get hungry at midnight after a night out.

  Small room. But has a pub/tab swimming and spa area plus a tennis court great for people who need to be close to the airport as they do shuttle service

  The Bel Eyre is a basic 3 star motel, that's it. The location is just 5 minutes from Perth Airport so that's handy. Quite a few Hi Viz people use it for that reason. I can't say I'd bring my wife here but then, 5 star hotels cost a lot more.

  Always a pleasant stay with reception & management & kitchen staff never failing to go the extra mile beyond the call of duty. Priced appropriately for the age and facilities of the complex also very handy to both airport and city. Thank you Comfort Staff for always being so warm and accommodating :)

  Very run down. The air con sounds like there is a plane in the room, to adjust you need to climb on a chair. They're building a replacement next door and have obviously given up on the old building. Stay at the country comfort a couple of doors up, much nicer!!
