::Shockingly bad! They installed a Heat Pump HWS. Firstly, against manufacturers recommendation, installed it right against the wall, not 10cm as required. Second, didn't plug the sensor strip connector in, so the unit ran on the electric element instead of the heat pump and cost us a fortune in electricity. Third, the inlet and outlet hoses from the tank to the refrigeration unit were installed backwards, again forcing the unit to use the element rather than the heat pump. Both hoses are both labelled and colour-coded. How did they manage to get that wrong?! Worse than amateurs.
