  The staff put my name in wrong spelling and I've asked her to revise, she revised it but it came out my bank card is still in wrong spelling.

  This is a review for this branch... and not the CBA org... Cash Deposit ATM inside the bank works for all denominations, and feels safer. Don't even need bank tellers anymore. Obvious flaw is lack of access in 'normal' non-bank hours.

  I have been with Commbank since 1992, and they have taken care of my business interests since then. Two years ago, I wrote to them to ask for an assurance that they would not fund any more coal initiatives, or better: any new fossil fuel exploration. I suggested that I would need to change banks if they could not reassure me. They looked great in their Sustainability Portfolio as published but now that they continue to enable Adani and his devastating Carmichael mine, it seems that I have been hoodwinked by greenwash.
