  Have an appointment at 4pm. Arrived here around 3.50pm, no one talk to me for 10minutes until I walk to the teller to let them know I am here. Met the person that are suppose to serve me around 4.35pm. I literally just waited here for like 45minutes. Too bad I can’t give anything lower than 1star. If you can’t make it at 4pm, don’t message me and tell me Your appointment is confirm for date/time at which branch. What a joke. Will consider to change bank in the future.
