  Horrible service from the blonde older lady on concierge today. She was very blunt and unhelpful. Will never be returning here. I’m sure there are far better banks out there who will prioritise helping their customers so I will be switching.

  This bank does not value customers, there are never enough tellers and always a long wait in a queue. There are better banks who don't waste your time and are far more efficient. Also the very sarcastic older blonde lady who stands by the entrance needs to brush up on customer service skills.
