::What an incompetent branch. A large transfer for the deposit on a home was made Thursday and funds still not sent by following Monday. Staff promised to follow up and get back, but never did. House could not settle, everyone's lawyer stuffed about, family could not move into new house, removalists had to be cancelled, days off work for nothing. The person responsible needs to be shown the door. CBA is a mess.
