Staff are great the system lets them down, slow, slower and slower. It would be good if you could answer your phone too. Its getting harder and harder to speak to humans these days making it very fustrating. Give me the good old days!!

I've been to plenty of lovely banks - this is not one of them. Customer service was terribly and ambiguously organised, with queuing in several spots without labels or sense. This meant the staff spent more time walking back and forth than addressing us. Once we were served, the representative was vaguely rude and hostile.

I am really disappointed that Commbank was the biggest funder of fossil fuels in 2016. If Commbank really cares about Australia's future, then they should stop funding dirty coal now. Withdrawing and refusing financial support to offending corporations who ignore the impact of mining and drilling and carbon emissions will save our world from inevitable destruction in the near and far future. I have been a Commbank customer for some 20 + years (home loan & other accounts) and will seriously review your adopted policy on climate change. Our future is in your hands. Protect it please.

A dirty bank that funds dirty coal! In bed with foreigner, Adani, to help him profit from raping our land and destroying our precious natural environment. This dirty bank invested $3.9Billion in fossil fuels last year - the biggest funders in Australia! Other banks (23 in total) wouldn't touch the Adani Coal Mine project but Comm Bank are more than happy to get into bed with this dirty mug. Grow a pair Comm Bank and start supporting clean, renewable energy! Your support of Adani's coal mine will be just another problem the next generation has to fix. I have been a customer for 25yrs, not anymore!
