::It will be nice if the guy in the front with the suite knows how to smile or greet customers walking in. The real issue was with the bank manager and a specialist at this branch not having inflrmation and not following up on a inquiry they promised to investigate and follow up. CBD overcharged me outrageous amount for a int wire transfer. Besides the high fees no one could explain the additional deductions on the payments. Phone call was pointless, so I visited the branch. Long wait for a specialist. She was clueless and sort the help of her manager. They promised a follow-up to a valid inquiry. This never happened. Would you trust this bank?

::Opened an account on a Tuesday and was told that the debit card would take about 1 week to arrive at the branch and that it might be delayed because the mail only goes to the branch every Thursday. 2 Fridays later, I still hadn’t received any messages or emails about my card so I went down to the branch where they asked for my University ID ago verify my details. They searched for my card but said they couldn’t find it and that they would order another one for me. 3 hours later, when I’m no longer in the area, I receive a message saying my card had arrived. The Monday after, I go down to the branch early in the morning before school to pick my card up and the lady at the reception says I need my passport. When I explained my situation to her, she still said I needed my passport and refused to help further. Nobody mentioned needing to bring my passport for the collection of my card on my second visit, they did not even need it to verify my details. With this as my only bank account, I needed the card to pay bills and also to apply for my TFN. The hassle of having to come down to the branch 2 times just to get my bank card and leaving without it has been extremely frustrating and a hassle. I don’t understand why more couldn’t be done to help me.

::Waited 1hr and 45mins to make a simple deposit to a teller. Would rather talk toa human and ensure it is done correctly. Huge bank with only 1 teller. I believe if she was any slower she would be going backwards in time. Never going back.dont go here if you have other plans in the day
