  This branch is terrible, once seated you're instantly forgotten about and left to sit and wait forever for the simplest task that would take 2 minutes

  I closed my long standing account with the Commonwealth Bank on Divestment Day in May 2015 because I found out they were using my money to invest in dirty coal projects. Many others did the same. Commonwealth Bank is the biggest funder of outmoded toxic fossil fuels in Australia. Last year they spent $3.9Billion of customer's money on fossil fuels. Do you want your money to go towards killing off the Great Barrier Reef, destroying the Great Australian Bight and contributing to climate change? Commonwealth Bank - read my words - when you stop investing customer's money in fossil fuels and invest instead in renewable (a growing investment opportunity you ignore for some reason) research and production, then me and my money will return.
