  Takes at least 20mins to be served every time. Other staff hangling around doing nothing. Never greet you just want your money. Worst bank I’ve ever been to. Change bank I say.

  Worst customer service, long waiting lines, staff not helpful at all, including the “relationship manager”. They really don’t care if you’re a customer or not - so switch banks. If I could give no stars I would.

  I like them more than Westpac, but only just. They recently moved to the inside of Casuarina but doesn't appear they bothered to notify customers of the move. Was awesome to run from one side of the shopping centre to the other on my lunch break....

  Worst branch in term of waiting. They have at least 3 computers for the CS section, but only have 1 staff serving at a time. Never waited less than 20mins everytime I went there!

  I'm tired of this branch trying to sell you "A PRODUCT" that isn't what you've asked for but is convenient for them as it provides best returns for the bank. I'm tired of not getting exactly what we want but a "PRODUCT" they want to give me, please please please just start listening for pity sake.
