::I have no idea why so many people put Negative comment on this office. Superb and efficient staff. very friendly and respectful. They attend to my needs as quickly as possible. Love to work with them again. And wish them a happy new year.

::I recently visited the Sydney Consulate. It was closed by 1.30. But the gentleman at the front desk came to the ground floor to pick me up. Although it was their lunch time I got my work done within 10 mts. Very friendly staff

::Terrible place. Festering with bungling idiots, asinine goons and borderline medical cases. I would choose staying illegally in the country and risking deportation over visiting this place to do the right thing any day.

::I totally agree with sarasi and the way the treat people they think we are slaves here. the person in the front desk was terrible and no smile on his face at all. I think they came here not to serve to the community just because of their politics they got these jobs here . can some one teach these guys to how to treat to the people at least totally disappointed and feel sad

::These officials have appointed to serve for the Sri Lankan community who live in Australia. In fact the way they talk to the public is utterly terrible!! I experienced it! They should know how to greet and talk to people even over the telephone!!
