::The most professional, great service no matter which passport your hold. Was quick interview. In 2 day business they send you passport with the visa by mail. And of course the visa that they give is up to 5 years, which is good for people like me who always visit American. Thanks for all the professional staff.

::Everything is very organized. Of course there was a queue, but that's fine this sort of places. Staff was very professional and my passport was returned in 2 business days. I'm really pleased with their work. Good on you, guys. Thanks!

::Very organised and professional consulate. Great service. The only issue is the time of waiting in the queue: even though having an appointment, I had to wait over 45 min standing in a queue. Once inside the service is done fast.

::This place is great. I incurred a slight emergency upon my travels in Australia as an American and sought assistance at this consulate. I really appreciated their exemplary service and professionalism. Very nice people

::The staff there were organized and efficient and things moved quite quickly. The only downside was I had to wait around 45 minutes to be interviewed, as there were only 2 counters open and each interview took 5 - 15 minutes and there were around 30 people waiting. The layout of the consulate was also quite confusing, but staff were there to help direct you and provide assistance if needed. There also seemed to be excessive security, as upon entry police cops were present and there were security guards at literally every corner. I understand why such security is necessary, but having lots of security also creates quite an intense atmosphere and can be quite intimidating and nerve wracking for visa applicants. Furthermore, their website says that there is no storage facility for phones and you will be refused entry if you have one. However, this was not true - there was storage available there. I arranged to have someone look after my phone for me prior to my interview because I thought phones weren't allowed. Things would have been much simpler for me if I was able to just leave my phone with security. Because I didn't have my phone with me prior to the interview, finding the MLC centre was very difficult and I was running around like a headless chicken for around 20 minutes trying to find the center since I could not check my phone for directions. This almost made me late for my appointment. The Consulate needs to make it clearer on their website that there are storage facilities for phones.
