::Under staffed to a point where they can't help anyone. The sad part is dodgy business know it and are targeting South Australian consumers.

::It absolutely waste of time I had to forget the 5k cheated by the supplier. I had lodge complaint with CBS regarding this fraud bussiness. They send him reconciliation notice but he ignored the letter. Then I was suggested to take him to magistrate court. Since I couldn’t serve him court notice he got away with the money .CBS couldn’t help me with his location to serve him the letter neither any letter to support to take him to the court. I wasted six month and time. I have no trust that CBS is setup for consumer protection.

::I left an on line request for assistance 48 hours ago. The auto response undertook an officer would be in touch with me directly. So far, no phone call or email. I'm waiting for advice so that I can respond to a vehicle repaired holding my van. Very dissatisfied. Make me wonder if the positive reviews are paid fluff.
Michael Walkden
::This would have to be one of the worst customer service experiences, you cannot even get through to the bonds department to discuss matters relating to bonds via telephone. Very frustrating!
Rudy Pallich
::Typical government organisation, waited for over a half an hour to get a human being to answer, while a robot is constantly referring me over and over to a web page. If I'd be able to resolve an issue through a website I wouldn't be calling. What are we paying our taxes for? The government services are absolutely inadequate.
