  Stayed for Xmas holiday. Family room was clean & well equiped the staff were excellant. Nothing to much trouble 👍🏾

  Cheap and cheerful. Great hospitality, clean rooms, great facilities. Would definitely stay again.

  My stay at the cool palms was greeted by Tanya, the very hospitable manager of Cool Palms - only too happy to show us a preview of their rooms. Why? Because of her brimming pride in the cleanliness of the rooms and their up to date decor. The room I stayed in clocked speeds of over 2MBps by WiFi. Laundry service was offered at the most reasonable of prices with my breakfast order served spot on time and with delicious contentment. One of the Best spots to stay in Mackay when operating on a budget!

  Rooms are clean, staff are lovely. Good price. Had a great sleep for the short time we were there. Would stay again if we were passing through again
