::I have been using Cordner Advisory for a number of years and during the past few months their customer service has dropped off the richter scale. My emails seem to get ignored, often weeks go by before I receive a reply. One email I sent took Jason 6 weeks to respond to and I've since replied (twice)...two weeks on, no reply. Customer service is paramount in every business but clearly Cordner Advisory have different ethics. On top of this, I received conflicting tax advice and continue to receive invoices for things that I was not aware I was being charged for. Sadly, the relationship has turned sour. As a paying customer (and one who spent thousands of dollars over the years and referred quality clients to Corner Advisory) I don't appreciate being ignored and treated like I don't exist. I would have rated them one star if it hadn't been for Anne who continues to provide good service and advice.

::I would recommend Cordner and Taylor to anyone. I was referred to them by Hive Web Studio who said they have loved working with their Accountants. I thought it was too good to be true, to enjoy working with your accountant, but its actually true! A great Gold Coast company and great Accountants.
