  Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Fantastic yoga classes and the physio has been amazing - giving me pain relief while strengthening.

  Core Yoga Studio is a great place to start your yoga practice. With a strong knowledge of the human body, the yoga teachers at Core Yoga will guide you into the asanas. You will discover new ways of feeling the postures, and correct your alignment. Very human and open, the teachers provide a safe space to practice what will soon become your future favorite activity ;).
