  Extremely rude! Definitely won’t be taking a second look at buying a car from here after the way I was treated on the phone. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

  Terribly rude and non existent service. Saw a car listed online and went to view but salesman left us waiting outside and we had to go into the office to call them out only for him to be totally reluctant to even show us the car. Doesnt know how to open the fuel cap and we had to show it to him. Dont waste your time at all. Many other dealers in that area.

  Friendly service from Ray and the team - he made the process of buying one of their luxury vehicles hasslefree. Finance and trade in was straightforward. Overall very happy with our purchase. Would recommend, especially potential buyers in the Audi market.

  Extremely rude and condescending sales people. Was shown a 2005 car and when I said it was a bit older than what I was hoping to buy I was told "what difference does a year make?" Well Mr. Sales man.. a whole lot to me. He then very aggressively continued to tell me that it's no different to saying I'm 16 when I'm 17 (I'm 23). Definitely got the impression that he thought I was a dumb young female he could bully into a sale when indeed I know a lot about cars. Jokes on you because you missed out on an 8000 cash sale that I spent an hour later just up the road. Would suggest avoiding this car yard and go to the many other along the road.
