  My car was sitting in the street from the valet parking on Saturday morning without requesting it confronted consiage stating that the car wasn't required and all he could say was is this your car no apology so reported it to the reception on departure. Room was nice and clean fantastic views bed very comfortable. Restaurant needs some attention in arranging there menu as at 12.30pm all they had was a menu that resembled room service

  Great location overlooking the Newcastle foreshore. The rooms are very clean, neat and tidy. The food is good and has a nice outdoor pool.

  Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Their hall room was well equipped, clear sound through the speakers and note pads provided for note taking. Apparently for $15 they an provide all day parking and move your car off site and return it when required. It cost me more feeding the meter all day.

  The waitstaff in the evenings at seasalt made dinner really feel like a special experience. The quality of the menu was very good, plus they have a large selection of wines and cocktails available. The breakfast dining experience does not reach the same level of professionalism, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a wide variety of food choices available, but the character of the same restaurant changes completely in the mornings, and feels more like a cafe experience by comparison. I really enjoyed the omelette and egg bar concept, I tried several flavours and all were simply delicious. They were a bit too salty for my palette, but that was easily fixed with one of the many drink options available. The smoked salmon and rocket were an amazing combination to match the subtle flavours of the egg, and I would highly recommend it. My only complaint was that the showers in the standard rooms are too short. I am 198cm, and the shower head only came up to my nose, which made it a bit of a challenge in the mornings.
