  This is still one of the best hotels on the gold coast. With the tram stop across the road make travel to surfers paradise so easy. Located a short stroll from the beaches of the Gold Coast and just minutes from Pacific Fair shopping centre this has to be one of the picks of the hotels on the Gold Coast. Reasonably priced and with the revolving restaurant at the top there are so many options for business travellers and families alike.

  Decent overall and the staff very friendly, helpful. Good for a work trip. Just find somewhere else to eat than the in-house restaurants..

  Good but not great. Rooms are dated, the Spa rooms are just a spa bath in the bathroom, TV is limited and old. Don't bother with the more expensive "Gold Tower", the main tower is just as nice, if not nicer. I'd really like to see some sort of security on gold tower, as anybody can use the lift to go to any level. No pass required. Beds are really comfy, and the couch is a nice addition. Balcony is a nice touch, but the furniture on it is a bit of a joke (old hard plastic) My tip. Grab a King room in the main tower and ask for a corner room 👌

  Excellent hotel and great location. The room has an excellent view of the city and the beach. located close to small eatery, restaurants and conventional center and tram station. The food was good and room was well maintained and tidy.

  Magnificent views. Very clean and tidy. Staff could not be more accommodating and friendly. An absolutely pleasant and relaxing stay. Highly recommended.
