  Driver calls from the wrong house miles away and he's really late. He says I gave him the wrong address when I actually ordered through Menulog. I read him my Menulog confirmation message with the correct address on it. He's English is terrible so I called the store to clear it up and their English is terrible so they just put me through to the manager who just sadly and dishonestly blamed Menulog and said I'd get a free coke or garlic bread with next order. Pizza arrives, driver is apologetic but the pizzas are cold and they've been on their side so the toppings are all piled in one corner of the box. It's a shame because I'm sure they would've been really nice. Big order too, first time trying a Crust from here but it'll be our last from this store. Sucky experience

  I have ordered 2 pizzas today. When i received the order Wagyu Shoga looked totally different from the menu, dressing was clayish instead of cream colour. I was disappointed and called the store to verify. The response was disappointing. The manager of the store informed me he was unaware of how the pizza looked in menu but he was adamant that it should look clayish. And it tasted crap. In the bin now.
