  Simple accommodation but lovely and clean, comfortable and warm. The owners are very friendly and the rates are economical. Having the Beach, 'Three Anchors' and Hooked nearby is a nice bonus. Would definitely come back.

  I recently stayed here with my father and i must say....WOW..I have traveled from Albany to Broome and stayed in many places, but i have to say that this place was the best..I was so impressed with the units and HOW clean they were." I use to have a cleaning business so i'm fussy with cleanliness" and the owners were great too. I would definitely recommend a stay at Park Avenue and i will definitely be returning

  Self contained units, very clean with quiet and peaceful surrounding/environment. The kitchen is fully equipped - we do not to bring any utensils of our own. Super friendly and helpful staff/manager. I will definitely stay here again if and when I visit Albany again.
