::Would give them a no star rating but unfortunately cant. They told the insurance company that they would have the car fixed in a week. Once contacted towards end of week they stated that they werent in a hurry to complete the job as they couldnt be bothered to do the quote. 4 weeks later we were told that the car would not be finished till mid january 2018 because they couldnt be bothered starting the fix till next year. After abit of pressure from the insurance company they finally started the fix and we got the car back (6 weeks later), car was absolutly dirty on the inside with dust, boot marks aswell as pieces of rubbish. Will not be using again if ever needed and highly recommend that no one else does either.
