  Absolutely disgusted I had to Give a Star at all. Purchased a Ford Territory last year and have problematic history ever since, the first was the day after it left Winnellie on the way to Katherine the electrics locked all use of Windows and had torrential rain get in the car as a result and when we informed them it's a part of our contract that they must repair the car it becomes apparent we needed new Diff seals and pinion seals or the Diff will fall out and 12months on we have accumulated in exess of $5,000 of bills for a car that now is in Limp Mode and Engine light has been popping up and limiting the car to drive Normally. Joe was rude from the outset and blunt and very very unhelpful and my Mobile was subsequently Blocked when I initiated communications at the start of our problems. Consumer Affairs are being informed as a result, they knew all along they sold us a Dud Lemon Car and they need to take accountability.

  Rudest sale person ever. Makes the average car dealer ( dodgy by definition) look good. I'm surprised they are still in business with sales person like that.

  Worst service in all of Darwin. Purchased a new lancer, happy with car - got a three years free service deal with DMG. Went for the 15000km service. Had the car for 8months. Was asked if I wanted anything “looked” at. So I requested for my aircon be checked, as it was blowing hot air. At the end of the day as I proceeded to pick my car up - they were going to charge me $330 for my service + gassing the aircon. I then had to tell them no, I had the three years - free service. All the customer service officers looked at me as if stupid. I then had to run to my car (luckily having my contracts) to retrieve them. The CSO apologised but still charged me for the aircon. I went and got some advice in regards to unsolicited supplies and repair - went back the next day. I work out In Palmerston and today (Wednesday the 1st of November) we’ve just had major down fall. As I got into the office, spending 40mins on the road. I walk into the office and they put me on the phone to the admin at Mitsubishi. She did the transaction over the PHONE! Because she didn’t want to cross the road because it was RAINING!! Are you serious!? I just drove from Palmerston with severe thunderstorm warning!! Never going back, not even going to continue the three years, free service. 2 Year’s left on it - F**k it.

  DMG Is the biggest rip off in town.....!!!! They are the dodgiest of the dodgiest car dealers. Completely Dishonest and mispriced services and sales. Would avoid at all costs and never go back. Worst dealership in Darwin!!!

  I spoke to a guy called Joe. Possibly the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my life. He also called me an F%$#ing idiot. Nice one mate.
