::Definitely have reduced staff on the floor . However when you find them they are always friendly and knowledgeable. Not the place to shop on a budget but every now and then you jag 40% off a line. I a prefer DJs over Myer any day.

::the phone service is BEYOND a joke. I spent 11 minutes on my mobile phone trying to get through to the christmas shop only to be told that the christmas item i was enquiring about was sold through the toy dept BUT even though i had already wasted 11 minutes of my life already they couldnt put me through, i needed to re-ring. Which i did......followed by another 7 minutes trying to get through to the toy dept !!....i clearly have the patience of a saint BUT 18 minutes was even too much for me. So i gave up....18 minutes to achieve nothing in the end. I can see why David Jones is going down the tubes !

::one of my favourite stores...... only one gripe.... never enough staff..... I feel sorry for the staff that are there........ big gold star for the Sportscraft department.... excellent with long term staff that know the product...
